Welcome to the frequently asked questions and thanks for taking the time to have a look.
skillreactor.org has always been my homepage, where I write about my private coding projects and publish some of the tutorials/articles I have written. Adding to this, other people have contributed quite a bit of their knowledge in the form of tutorials with the kind permission to publish them on my page. I am always in search of good texts and articles to put up, so if you are short on webspace or just look for a place for your texts and tutorials, please have a look at the submission page.
All instructions on how to submit a tutorial are located on the submission form. Please take a look and be sure to read carefully.
You can find all articles and texts in the Tutorial Section. This page not only lists all tutorials that are hosted on skillreactor.org, but also links to quality tutorials on the internet, I came across.
For questions concerning the content of a tutorial or on how to do things, please make sure to contact the original author of the tutorial, since I don't reply to emails about tutorials, I didn't write. The author's name and email are always listed at the bottom note of each tutorial. For other questions, related to my webpage, please contact me. For further information see www.google.com or "How To Ask Questions The Smart Way" by Rick Moen and Eric S. Raymond, but PLEASE do not send any technical questions to the authors of this essay.
Yes, you are allowed to print or save the tutorials, but please make sure to leave the footnote with a link to skillreactor.org and the author's name intact. However, if you intend to copy any of my tutorials onto another webpage, please be so kind and ask for my personal permission first.
At first, by the term "hot-link", I refer to direct links to images from external pages that are not part of this domain (skillreactor.org).
These links are causing traffic on my page and thus inflicting web hosting fees on me.
You can copy the images to your own webspace, but if you do so, please provide a link to the original source of the
image (hence skillreactor.org).
Of course, there's one exception to this regarding my banner (see below).
That depends on your page, actually. It will have to address a similar target group, thus serve any kind of tutorials or deal with computer technology in some other interesting way, that is worth to be linked. :-) (Have a look at my banner.) Please let me know, if you are interested and maybe your page will be listed.
